Website Privacy Notice
Last updated: October 12, 2026
This notice describes the information involved when you visit www.poseidon.studio, use its appointment links or virtual tour, or contact Poseidon Rising Gallery & Tattoo through the contact options on the website. It describes the website features listed below; it does not replace the information presented by an external booking service.
Contacting the studio
When you email the studio, the studio receives your email address, the contents of your message and any attachments you choose to send. If you call or text, you provide the contact details and information you share during that communication. These details allow the studio to respond to your enquiry and discuss your tattoo idea or appointment.
Please share only the information relevant to your enquiry. Do not send passwords, full payment-card details or sensitive medical information through ordinary email.
Appointments through Acuity Scheduling
The Schedule Appointment links open Acuity Scheduling, a Squarespace service. Information you enter on that scheduling page is handled through that service and the studio’s booking process. Review the fields and notices shown there before submitting information.
Acuity’s privacy practices are described in the Squarespace Privacy Policy. An appointment-link click on our website is measured as an interaction; that click alone does not confirm that a booking was completed.
Website hosting and technical information
The website is built and hosted through Duda. Loading its pages and resources involves technical information about the request, such as a browser or device type, the requested page and network information. Duda’s handling of information through its platform is described in its Privacy Policy.
Embedded services and external pages also receive requests from your browser when their resources load or when you follow their links.
Analytics and website interactions
The website uses Google Analytics to understand visits and interactions, with website tags managed through Google Tag Manager. Measurement includes page activity and clicks on phone, email, directions, appointment and social links. The website interaction code sends the page address and title, the selected link address and text, and an interaction label to the configured Google Analytics property.
Google explains how information from websites using its services is processed in its Privacy Policy and its information page for partner sites. Google Analytics and other loaded services may use cookies or similar browser technologies. Link measurements describe website interactions; they are not records of a completed phone call, delivered email or confirmed tattoo appointment.
Virtual tour and device features
The homepage includes a Panoee virtual tour. Select “Explore the studio” to load the virtual tour. Your browser connects to the tour service when the embedded tour loads. The tour offers full-screen, VR and motion-based viewing features. Where your browser supplies device-motion readings, the website’s tour code forwards acceleration and rotation readings to the Panoee tour frame. Browser and device permissions determine whether those features are available.
Read the Panoee Privacy Policy for its explanation of the service’s data handling. You can manage device-motion and related permissions through the controls available in your browser or device.
External links and your choices
Directions and social links take you to services such as Google Maps, Facebook and Instagram. Those services have their own privacy notices and controls. Review their information when you use them.
You can use browser settings to clear or restrict cookies and manage website permissions. Blocking browser storage or third-party resources can affect how website features work. Google also provides a Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on and account privacy controls. These controls apply according to the provider’s documentation; changing one setting does not necessarily block every service or every type of information.
Privacy questions
For questions about information you have shared with Poseidon Rising Gallery & Tattoo, including requests concerning access, correction or deletion, email posrisingtattoo@gmail.com. Describe the information and the website or booking feature involved so the relevant records can be identified.
For information held by an external service, its own privacy notice explains its contact options and available controls. You can also ask the studio about the handling and storage of information connected with your enquiry or appointment.
